Payment and cancellation policy

Individual Travelers 10 persons or less :

20 % of total bill must be paid by a bank wire transfer upon reservation confirmation as a Reservation Guarantee + the 5 % Bank commission,

In the peak period from 20/12 till 10/01 & Eastern holidays 60% from the total amount must be paid upon confirmation.
The invoice payment will be 100 % in Cash In USD$, GBP or Euro upon arrival to Nile Blue, in case of credit card payment in Egypt, Nile Blue will give you back your credit card payment form of guarantee & an official document from Nile Blue to assure that Nile Blue did not charge any amount from your credit card once payment has been collected.


Groups 15 persons or more:

  • 25 % must be paid on confirmation by bank transfer.
  • 25 % 21 days prior to the arrival date.
  • 50 % the rest of amount will be paid upon arrival in cash only in USD$, GBP or Euro.

Money transfer information:

We accept only bank wire transfer or the western union transfers :

  1. We do not accept the credit card payment by the internet; when you arrive if you want to pay anything by credit card we accept (visa card/master card) but this with extra 03%from the total amount (bank charge)
  2. Bank Money transfer: (bank transfer must be done at least 3 weeks before arrival date) you will receive the bank account (name and number )for the confirmation

Important Note :

Please send to Nile blue a copy of the transferred money receipt by fax to Number: - (+ 2 066 3414258) this will enable our staff to follow-up with the bank. The bank transfer fees should be paid by your side.
***Please note that the transfer charge will be paid in full by the client and Nile blue will not pay that charge

Cancellation policy:

Individual Travelers

  • 21 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
  • 15 days before arrival date 10% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees

Except peak period from 20/12 till 10 /01 & Eastern holidays must be revised with your tour operator upon confirmation of your reservation by correspondence.

Groups

  • 30 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
  • 21 days before arrival date 25% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 15 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • 1 day before arrival date 75%of the total bill will be charged as cancellation fees

In case of no show the total bill will be charged as a cancellation fees

Cancellation policy for train tickets:

72 hours prior to train departure no cancellation fee.

Less than 48 hours prior to departure a no refund policy applies.

**All Confirmation and Cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

All personal items, including coats, cameras, handbags, and similar personal articles should remain at all times through the tour under your personal control. Nile Blue Excursions is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items while you are on tour. The right is reserved to change the sequence of tour activities, for the safety or best interest of the customers

The tour prices :

The prices for Shore Excursions are in U.S. Dollars. However, Nile Blue Excursions will honor the price at the time of the confirmed tour booking even if prices change before tour departure. Our detailed tour descriptions list all features included in each tour, which may or may not include guide services, meals, transportation, and entrance fees

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Children Policy:

  • 0 – 5.99 Free of Charge
  • 6 yrs – 12 yrs 50 % of total tour cost
  • 12+ Are considered adults

Complaints:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (Nile Blue Excursions ) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has stilled not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must write to the Egyptian travel agent association. It is unlikely that you will have a complaint that cannot be settled amicably between us, however, if this is not the case any dispute arising out of, or in connection with this contract, may (if you wish) be referred to the Egyptian Tourism Ministry in Cairo.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, the confirmation means that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
